Our main business area is medical technology, we have a high degree of automation and have been world leaders in surface treatment of hearing aids for many years. We are now looking for operators for our production departments.

About the position

At AMB, you will work in a modern and clean production environment where accuracy and quality are of great importance.

The tasks vary depending on the department; injection molding, assembly, or painting. Your tasks may include:

• Packaging and labeling of injection molded parts
• Assembly of medical technology products
• Inspection
• Loading and unloading of parts on fixtures
• Measurement in measuring machines
• Stamping of parts
• Monitoring and quality control

Work at AMB has a strong focus on Lean and 5S, where you are an important part and where your own interest and engagement significantly influence the improvement work at the company.

The development opportunities within the company are great, and we would like you to have a technical interest and an ambition to develop into other roles, such as injection molding setter, robot operator, process technician, and more.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has at least a completed 3-year high school education, preferably with some form of technical orientation. Experience in the industry is an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible and quality-conscious and have the ability to make your own decisions when the work requires it. You have a structured working method, enjoy working in a team, and are flexible.

We value an unpretentious attitude, where everyone helps each other and contributes to the team's collective success.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as Microsoft Office.

Location and scope

The location is Broakulla, and you will work shifts (currently two shifts) full-time.
